Perhaps the most important part of the process of caring for your dog...
The initial assessment/consultation is more than just a simple meet-and-greet. It is a gathering of information for you and for us and a way to see how we can help you and your dog.
It is important to remember that this isn't just about your dog, it is also about you: the way you interact with him/her, your lifestyle, and your personality in partnership with your dog's.

What is being evaluated during the session?
During the assessment you will be asked a series of questions about your dog, while we also look at how they behave with you and with us. This will give us an idea of what we are working with and you will get an idea of how we would work with you and your dog. From here we can come up with a plan that is suitable to the needs of everyone - you, your dog, and us as the trainers.

The assessment is not a guarantee of intake. It is also important that you voice any questions or concerns you may have, we just ask that questions wait until the evaluation is complete.
**WE CANNOT ACCEPT A DOG INTO THE CENTER WHO HASN'T HAD AN ASSESSMENT WITH US BEFOREHAND**
